1. Information we collect
We process the email address used for an account or purchase, order details, payment status and assigned license keys. Payment card details are handled directly by Stripe and are not stored by STABLEX.
2. How information is used
Information is used to create accounts, deliver digital products, show purchase history, assign license keys, provide support and prevent abuse.
3. Service providers
We use trusted providers for payments, account authentication, database hosting and transactional email. They receive only the information needed to provide their service.
4. Retention and security
Order records are retained for support and accounting purposes. Access to customer records and license keys is restricted, and signed-in customers can only view purchases tied to their verified email.
5. Review invitations
We only send a Trustpilot review invitation if you actively choose it — the option is off by default at checkout, and you can change it any time under Reviews & privacy in your account. An invitation is a single email to your purchase address; we never share your name, order details or license keys with Trustpilot, and declining has no effect on your purchase, delivery or support.
6. AI review assistant
The optional review assistant sends only the notes you type, the product name and your star rating to our AI provider to suggest wording. It is never used to publish anything: the suggested text stays in your account until you copy and post it yourself. Your email address, order ID and license keys are never included.
7. Your choices
You can contact us to ask about your stored information or request account assistance. Some order information may need to be retained where required for fraud prevention, accounting or legal obligations.
